HOW TO BUY A DESIGN... JUST TWO STEPS!

Buying an EXCLUSIVE and ORIGINAL poster has never been so easy and safe!

We are going to explain you how to buy a personalized design, it's very easy! And it's only two steps.

We have our store Meliav Digital on the Etsy platform. Although it is not very well known in Europe, it is a North American and Canadian platform of great prestige. So you can rest assured that it is totally safe. 

How do I place an order?

It is very easy. There are two types of orders;

NON-Custom Designs: 

These are designs that are purchased as is. Once the payment is made, you automatically download it to your email and computer. It is instantaneous. Pay and Download.

Once downloaded you can print it at home or at a copy shop. Don't worry because copy shops are everywhere. If you don't want to go to a copy shop, you can send the design online to websites that will send it to you in a few days to your home.

Personalized designs: 

When you see an image on our Meliav.com website that you like, click on it and it will take you directly to our Etsy store.

Once in the store just click on "contact" and that's it. Send us the link or the image you want and a picture of your pet. If you want your pet to have its name in the design, you can also tell us, and we will put it. We send you the design by message (Etsy) or by email, as you wish.

Another way is to send us a direct message. Under each product description there is a button with the word "Message", and as we mentioned before, you can send us the image or the link of the design you want and the image of your pet for us to personalize it.

How long does it take to make the design?

We usually take a maximum of 24 hours. Although we usually do it in less time. In case we have a lot of work, we would warn you that it could take up to 48 hours. 

But don't worry, because we always inform our customers about everything.

Where do I receive my orders?

We send the posters or designs by the same message you have written to us. If you want it by email, you have to tell us in which email you want to receive it.

You can also contact us through this website, in the "contact" tab, and we will get back to you.

Can I ask for additional personalization?

Of course you can. Feel free to talk to us, if you want any special changes we will make them for you. Just that it may delay in some cases the finalization of the design and lead to additional costs in some cases.

The purchase in our store is very safe, you can pay with PayPal, although Etsy already has different payment systems much more secure, modern and efficient.
